A new approach to business training
All organisations face the challenge of continuously improving skills, focusing behaviour and influencing attitudes - never an easy task!
NGL's approach has been designed to resolve many of the problems and pressures incurred when running fast-moving modern organisations.
Programme implementation is simple to organise and easy for managers and supervisors to run with their own teams in the workplace. Each session follows a standard format to help with this.
Training sessions are short, engaging, often fun and most importantly participative. People learn more when they have to think and process rather than just consume information.
Line managers are supported or developed to be able to run the training exercises and coach their team. This local leadership keeps the initiative relevant and able to be measured.
Key messages are repeated within each session and during a period of follow up activity to help cement the learning and dramatically increase retention. This all helps build a 'continuous conversation' within the team around the topic.
