Safer working - is there another way?Do you want to lead on health and safety performance and improve your chances of winning and retaining contracts?
Key to the approach is that managers and supervisors run the programme with their teams. Each Discussion takes about 20 minutes and requires the minimum of material. All the Discussions involve participants through an activity, making them easy-to-run and enjoyable for the manager to conduct. The programme includes a short session of "trainer training" for supervisors and managers. This familiarises them with the standard format and process that the Discussions use. In addition, there are materials to promote awareness of the programme and if required, options for its launch and on-going development.
